Very disappointed with the basic quality of service from a known brand like Yamato :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management, poor system, when you try to work here make sure you can clean the japanese MD shoe if he dont like you, you better find another job and resign. This Japanese company is not that what you expect, is a very very poor company. They don't see your sales result. They only look your face, if they like you no matter how you do, you still can survive this company forever.
In this company you can see alot alot of politics between department to department. But for me i dont care of that, and i just close to everyone. Just not the japanese MD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor and unreliable courier service! I expect an efficient and on-time service as it carries the name of a Japanese company but apparently it's quite the opposite. Parcel supposed to be delivered by 13th but I still have not gotten it on 17th and the parcel was needed on 15th for an important event marketing!! Received a message on Saturday saying that it would be delivered by 6pm but no news at all. Called to center on Saturday but no one was picking up even though they opened for half day. Call again today to ask for my parcel and the reason they give for not being able to deliver is because there were way too many parcels to send out. If you can't cope with the situation then please don't overpromise as this cause consequences to the receivers! And there is no prior notice too, I would have just gone to pick up at your branch if you can't deliver! Paying express delivery for a non-express delivery service in fact! Worst ever!
