★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gdex service was EXTREMELY POOR! Can you imagine being blocked from calling by a delivery man?! Their delivery also did not left note to inform they have come and which office we can go for parcel collection. They cheated on their tracking system, stated 'item out for delivery' 'delivered to consignee', in which this was not true! They received tons of complaint, but never take action! They are lucky coz we cant rate minus star for review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasnt home. So They only call once. N nvr bother to call back and update on where the product at?
When we call them back, seems like they dont know how to pick up calls.
They can just pick up the calls and i can ask them to leave it at doorsteps.
Lazada express is better at this. They call when ure not home. Once they leave it at doorstep. They will whatsapp u to notified us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes GDEX Couriers have very good service to all states and they are fast and easy and I usually send my documents in Jalan Tandang, P. Jaya to Klang area and reaching my customers the next day arrives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are pretty efficient and provide service in a friendly manner. However they should really increase the man power as I can observed that there’s shortage of man power, with the amount of people that’s there to pickup / post. Hence the service is slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there is very helpful. Today (10.5.2021) I went there to delivered a last minute part, their staff behind counter 4 helped me all the way thru. Hats off to him. If you guys are around that area and wanted to courier stuff, go there!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two days in a row "out for delivery" still not delivered. Completely useless company. A courier company that can't deliver parcels, what a joke. Summore their boss can complain about there being too many competition in Malaysia now? Good I hope more and more come on to the scene and eat alll your market share, Gdex will be a thing of the past .
