★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embracing my Indian roots by indulging in authentic Indian food as I was hungry for curry today ?
Fans of South/North Indian fare can make a pilgrimage to Yatra Indian Cuisine where their satisfying spread of Chennai-style cooking will tickle your tastebuds ? Yatra surely does justice to the culinary heritage executing traditional, richly spiced and well-balanced flavours in crowd-pleasers such as thali set meals, dhosai, sweet appam and many more!!
1. CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA ? - This was the dish that really stood out to me! Tender marinated chicken chunks in spiced curry sauce which was creamy and bursting in flavour from capsicums and onion slices. The boneless chicken chunks were so soft that they just melt in your mouth ? The gravy was mainly tomato-based, with some richness added by thick yogurt making it the perfect match with the papadom & Indian Parboiled rice ??
2. VEGETABLE KURMA ? - Their kurma was not bad, I wouldn’t say it’s the best out there and there’s still room for improvement as the spices weren’t blended well and seemed a bit too coarse. I enjoyed the paneer cubes in the kurma and wished that it was paneer kurma instead of other vegetables ??
3. PRAWN CURRY LEAVES ? - The curry was thick with a hint of spiciness and slightly tangy due to its tomato base. I’m quite biased when it comes to prawns as it’s one of my fav seafood since young ? I love how it was already deshelled which saves my time and energy from peeling…However, it’s slightly overpriced for 5pcs of regular sized prawns ?
4. Condiments : Thairu (yoghurt) would have been better if served chill as it was delivered warm to me ☹️ Their rasam was rich in spices and tamarind; it was brimming in flavour (light on the stomach but heavy in taste ?) Not to forget the papadom which is a mandatory snack to complete my Indian food fare ??

Came back for more. They have lots of dishes to choose from, generous portion and good for sharing.
If you fancy indian food, worth a try.
If you are not facy indian food, why not give it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please review your food portion and quality for delivery. Totally not worth the price you're charging. For butter chicken priced at RM26, I only received half a small round container with barely 4-5pcs of small cutlets. One of the curries tastes burnt. Chapati is harder than what I can get from mamak stall. RM4 pappadom = only one handful of broken pieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall food was tasty , especially their Biryanis & Curries (not forgetting their GOAN dishes), but they need to improve a little on their speed. A cosy place to enjoy classic Southern and Northern Indian dishes with friends and family. I would go again ??
