โ โ โ โ โ The place for a hearty bowl of Cantonese style porridge or congee such as century old egg with minced pork and oil fried devil. (Yao Char Kwai). The variety of congee can only overwhelm you. And they taste good too.

โ โ โ โ โ Restaurant specialized for Cantonese porridge, you may find variety of porridge here. It also served other Chinese style dishes. Taste is good and crowded during meal time.

โ โ โ โ โ Lots of choices, ranging from noodles and fried rice, apart from its yummy and delicious congee. Nothing a bowl of warm and savoury congee cant fix.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad and poor service. I called up to order. 5 minutes I later reached the restaurant to pick up my order. 1 packet of mince meat porridge. The girl told me to wait a while as the porridge was not ready. There were 2 families in shop. All food had been served to the 2 families. 3 workers outside; a girl took my order (X xiao jie), a lady sitting down waiting for customer, another one behind the counter. Another 5 min past, my porridge still boiling. Another girl (Y xiao jie) entered and talked to X xiao jie. X and Y talked happily coz Y was dropped by his boss. X excitedly asked if Y boss was driving a Porche or Mercedes car. Their eyes popped out to look for the cars hoping to be the lady boss. Another 5 min past, porridge was not ready yet. A middle-aged man entered. The lady took order. 3 min later, the middle-aged man porridge arrived. I left puzzled. All in all, you count the time I waited for just a packet of RM 9 almost plain with a pinch of mince meat. Ladies and gentleman, unless you drive a Porche or a Mercedes, you might not ended up waiting like me. I repeat.. I had called up to order. I DID NOT walk in baru buat order. 3 workers... all busy with themselves but not the waiting customers. The 1 star is an encouragement for you to chase for Y's boss. Good luck!

โ โ โ โ โ Take away fish porridge & loh yee mee. The fried 'yau char kwai' is so tough even can break your teeth. Porridge is not good too.
The loh yee mee doesn't taste like it. No vinegar given.

โ โ โ โ โ Been here the third time and I believe the porridge is one of the best you can find in KL. The consistency and taste of the fish porridge was once again very satisfying. The croutons in the porridge is very crispy and donโt get soaked easily. Love it!
Also tried the red bean porridge this time around and it was tasty. I liked the fact that it wasnโt too sweet :)
The place is along a line of other shops and (free) parking is not an issue. Always find a spot. Sitting on the outside benches has a certain charm of an old coffee house.
