β β β β β Nice place. But I would rather try the traditional local eateriesβ¦ because if you are in KKB, you try the KKBβ¦

β β β β β The place was clean. Nice deco. Toilets were clean. Service was fast. Got a table very quickly despite it being lunch hour on a Friday. The food arrived quickly. Everything else was only mediocre.
The Claypot chicken rice was basically just nasi ayam kicap in a Claypot. Name was very deceiving. Was not charred at the bottom which is the best part. Basically it was not cooked in the claypot.
Nasi goreng kangkung and ikan bilis also average. Did not stand out.
The chicken chop was a little dry and was a not the usual chicken chop thigh fillet. It was actually a fried chicken. To be fair, the piece was large .
I had the kuey tiow kungfu. I enjoyed it. Probably the best out of the others we ordered.
Overall , average. But 5 stars for Cleanliness and efficency.

β β β β β Food is nice. Good variety of local and western menu. Liked the Assam laksa. Mee hailam was also yummy. The chicken chop was slightly dry and the tomato sauce was not thick enough. Service is also good and prompt. Keep it up.

β β β β β Just had a local Kopi O and Curly fries for takeaway. Curly fries was yummy, especially after a hike at Kutu.

β β β β β Had their mee udang which was very spicy! My mouth was on fire. The matcha latte was not bad. The avocado shake was good - made with pure fruit. The shake was a little bit too cold at first but after letting it sit for a moment then it's just right.

β β β β β I believe a lot of their patrons are not from KKB but day tourists like us. We dropped by this cafe as it was raining and we were hungry during afternoon tea time. Easy to get a table as it was 4plus and during fasting month.
The kids ordered their curly fries, poporn chicken and nuggets. Lovely. Their mushroom soup was okay but a bit powdery. Me and the wife had the pepper udon and tomyum noodles which were tasty. The portions are not super huge but it was fine for us during mid afternoon.
It's clean with fast, helpful service and the cafe had very nice deco that appeals to kids. Parking can be an issue. Pricing may be slightly above average but overall we had an enjoyable time. I give this cafe five stars.
