★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are capable of doing a quality repair but it took them 3 attempts at repairing my car. There was strong evidence that there was an attempt to conceal unrepaired damage behind the bumper to save money and potentially defraud the insurance company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ok but super slow, i sent my car to the workshop on 18/01/21 and summit all document ny the next day. the insurance approved by 29/01/21. the car already by 01/03/21. only fews part, both side mirrors, left headlamp and tyre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4th May = Send car for accident claim (minor dents and scratches)
12th May = Gave a call only to be mentioned car have just been checked but nobody key in into system.
18th May = Then only received SMS from Allianz mentioning claim has been approved.
22th May = Dropped by to get some documents inside car. Was being told still waiting for parts to arrive.
29th May = Received a whatsapp msg from the PIC contact number of which i tried to text and call but no one seems to answer saying that "kereta sedang cat tapi bengkel terpaksa ditutup sebab PKP". (The only news i get to hear from them. Before that not even a text msg nor a call).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please dont repair your car here. Super slow service. They promised will complete the repair in one month.. At the end it takes more than 2 months.. Super regret to come here.
