★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Put my customer's parcel on hold for weeks and claimed it because of bad weather but after that they just terminate the parcel without any notice given. The item is so precious yet they just terminate it without any explanation. Refund is nothing because the value of the parcel is more than that. Bad bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find this warehouse.... and it still amazes how J&T are still operating, despite their awful delivery service...
If you tracking says your parcel is here, know that you'd have to wait at least 3 days before they deliver to you or even worse hand over to agent (based on my experience).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad service. I sent parcel on 23 Dec. 26 early morning ady reach this hub then stuck until 31 Dec also show status on hold until I call jnt to camplaint then the next day only move to next hub. Again stuck in sungai Chua jnt until now also not yet send to customer. Super bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J & T useless , all my parcels spoil because of delay . I think it's better if you close the J & T . I personally went to J & T Bandar Teknologi Kajang branch (601 & 301) but there was one Malay guy who would not allow me to take my parcel from that branch. After 5 days only they sent my parcel to my home address in kajang . I thought J & T is the best with others services but the J & T is the worst among the other courier services. The parcel from Kelantan can reach in 2 days at J & T Bandar Teknologi (601 & 301) but when to sender address which in Kajang Utama, selangor it's take 5 days . What a bad services they have . Useless & very lazy to give my parcel until it became spoiled . my score for J & T services is 1 out of 5 . wasting money & time , really shame on you J & T bandar teknologi 301 and staff.

staff all were busy chi chat and play phone, nobody willing to serve u.
visit here first time at 10++am morning staff claimed that operate at 11am, wait until 11am they said due to lack of manpower only able to collect parcel start from 12pm.
this place even worse than government sector.
