事情已经过了2星期，我们原本不想再做任何投诉，毕竟结婚就是要开心！但是看见家里那堆饼（最后胡乱派送完毕！送给孤儿院老人院当做善事）
我们订了110盒喜饼礼盒，在下订单时千万交待完全不要有蛋！服务的小姐还说没问题，很多吃素的都可以在这里做到素的礼饼。我们就付了钱～
结婚前一天，星期五下午拿到饼，我的姐姐就先拿一盒打开来吃，一打开就闻到很重的蛋味！吃了更肯定是有蛋！
我变打电话去给那位服务我的小姐，和她投诉有蛋！结果她不但不承认有蛋还和我说，饼的里面是没有放蛋的！但是有在表层涂一层蛋液！我的妈呀～这是什么意思呢？我怎么那么倒霉遇到那样的客服！结婚当天原本要拿来供佛的～结果这些喜饼都不能用！而且是最后一分钟那样做！我要去那里找人在做110盒喜饼呢？！
我本人不爱闹事，结果我和老婆就只有选择吃明亏的结果了～当花了几千块买了一个教训+做善事。
这一个教训，很难以忘记！

It's been 2 weeks and we didn't want to make any more complaints. After all, getting married is all about having fun! But I saw the pile of cakes at home (finally, the random distribution was completed! Give it to the orphanage and the elderly home as a good deed)
We ordered 110 boxes of wedding cake gift boxes. When placing the order, we must confess that there are no eggs at all! The service lady also said that there is no problem, many vegetarians can make vegetarian gift cakes here. We paid
The day before the wedding, when I got the cake on Friday afternoon, my sister took a box and opened it to eat. As soon as I opened it, I smelled a strong egg smell! Eating it is more sure to have eggs!
I changed my phone to the lady who served me and complained that she had an egg! As a result, not only did she not admit to having eggs, she also told me that there were no eggs in the cake! But there is a layer of egg wash on the surface! My mom~ what does this mean? How could I be so unlucky to encounter such a customer service! It was originally intended to be used as an offering to Buddha on the wedding day ~ but these wedding cakes could not be used! And it was done at the last minute! Where am I going to find someone making 110 boxes of wedding cakes? !
I don't like to make troubles myself, but my wife and I had to choose to suffer a clear loss ~ when we spent thousands of dollars to buy a lesson + do good deeds.
This lesson is hard to forget!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Yong Sheng Gift Shop Flagship Store at Jalan Bakri, Muar. It was a terrible experience. Service was awful. We initially went in happily, wanting to buy cookies for all our family members and relatives and wanted to order wedding gifts. The youngest salesboy greeted us and served us in the beginning. Though inexperienced, he was the most sincere in helping us out. We were interrupted by other sales staff who were arrogant and without service attitude. Telling us off that we can't mix and match certain cookies in contrast to what we were told initially. After checking with their boss, she was proven to be wrong. All your staffs were very unfriendly. In the end we decided not to buy our wedding gifts here. Bought a few biscuits and left. Will never return to this shop nor recommend to anyone.
