β β β β β Hi, i went to your bayan baru outlet today to photocopy some documents.
There was a young female staff there to do the photocopy.
She took less than 10 minutes to photocopy the documents and over 20 minutes just to count the total number of pages over and over and over again. It was such a waste of time and she was rather unfriendly.
I noticed other customers also having similiar negative experiences with her. Please consider changing your staff in charge of the photocopying machine if you want to keep your customers.
After this experience i dont think i will ever come back again to photocopy.

β β β β β Expansive photocopy black and white, they charged RM 0.20 per pages, I paid RM 48.80 for just 244 pages and realized other place charges only RM 0.10 per page, some even charge only RM 0.05 per page. Will not going there photocopy anymore for bulk page.

β β β β β To be honest, they have more choices than Mr DIY. You can find more stuffs here. Even their standard sports (and home training) equipments are quite diverse. Do not be fooled by its outer appearance!

β β β β β The place looks very 90s style kind of book store, but it is very reliable and helpful where you can get almost everything from stationeries, sport equipments, office items and festival decorations. They also have photocopying service here. They also touch n' go e-wallet. Parking is really hard to get, as it is in a very strategic place.

β β β β β Donβt come here if you want to print document or stuff, try to find other shop. I went there on 9th April 2022, around 11:15am. There was a customer printing a boarding pass. So I wait, and wait, and wait and waitβ¦..until 11:40am also not yet done. The person who take care of the printer said the printer is problematic, it will disconnect sometimes.
I donβt blame her personally. Sheβs just a employee doing her best anyway. I blame the shop owner for not taking care of customer feedback, for not changing the freaking printer just to save cost.
To the business owner of Young One, youβre not young anymore, take care of the business properly. Else η₯δ½ ε

β β β β β Only the one shop sell variety of stationary items around this area (Sunshine SQ stationary department almost close). They not only sell stationary, also have light bulb, electric replacement items, sport items, kids hobby small game items, book, school art items, photocopy service...etc. Recommended shop for everyone.
