Today i went to YSL beauty branch Pavilion ,I got some stuff from YSL beauty branch Pavilion and , one of the worker her name Wong shi Mun . her treatment was very poor , bad behavior and provocative during she was talking with us , sadly she is disrespectful and I’m one of your VIP customers , It really irritated me so much, she is totally not suitable to working in this respectable shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I make purchases of ysl lipstick from their website and it was the worst decision of my life. It has been 3 weeks and my lipstick has no sound no news ever since. What kind of brand is this?? There is no platform for customer to track the product, no tracking statues given. There is no customer service from them. I emailed them and no one reply, Facebook messenger also got no reply. Is this how you treat your customer? This is not acceptable at all. I want to request for refund also cannot. And until now I haven't gotten my lipstick. So r u trying to cheat customers????? Buying from this brand is the worst decision of my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was ok. But couldn’t pay by card due to poor internet connection. Topping up my grabpay and touch&go was also frustrating, due to the poor internet connection. Should’ve alerted the customers earlier.
Some proper marking for queueing would also be nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is not a new opening but a long queue since last week. (21/3/2021) Comeback again this week (28/3/2021), still the same long queue. Yet, so many complaint reviews here but so many people want to go here, there are also got YSL counter in Parkson, so I went there ☹ Is it fun to queuing here ? Cause I like the YSL new Cushion compact, so I want to see.

Bila tanya pasal products blur and i think one of your staff are not trained well for her job.
Ysl is a big brand and i don't know why yesterday she Said no paper bag for the Rm150 lipstick. She said Out of stock
But i saw the next customer after me carrying paper bag.
I think maybe i don't look rich for her to Serve.
That "sales girl" Seems don't want to service me at all. So this is my last purchase here.
After I shop here, I SHOP AT Tom Ford beauty and They service are Excellent.
