★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are purposely faking their product to look like "japan like", but none of them are actually Japanese product. They simply use auto translation on the products so the grammar and sentences are horrible.
Moreover, they are using fake Japanese address as "head office", which doesn't exist.
The address on their label stated as 東京都中央区八重洲一丁目12番8 (Block 12-8, Yaesu 1 chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) but THERE IS NO SUCH PLACE CALLED "BLOCK 12" IN YAESU TOKYO.
So this company is obviously cheating customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I place a visited on 26/1/2022 at Yubiso IOI Mall Putrajaya. As I walk on thermos rack and took one of the thermos and open the cap suddenly the second cap of the thermos fall because its already broken. The staff that follow me on behind say I have to pay for the broken pieces. I try to explain because its already broken and they cant accuse me just because I open the cap to make sure it can be use. I am really angry that time and the staff keep repeating said I have to pay for it. Even when I brought to the counter the other staff never ask me anything how it happen or if I really guilty. When I look back the thermos, the thing have dents due the falling that means the thermos already fall before. That will the last time I go to there and another branch. I am really disappointed about that.
