I have asked a lot of Singapore-Malaysia delivery service companies and no one is willing to respond because I have a lot of questions. I have to shop around for transportation and intermittently. There has been no order confirmation. Only this customer service (FB MESSENGER) has always maintained a reply attitude. Very good time and as promised to pick up the goods, the main thing is that the customer service and the driver are very polite. The experience from start to finish is great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had use yunda for 8 months. Monthly with 2 parcels from China to West Malaysia. All parcel failed to be deliver when parcel is assigned to kempas branch. Reason "not enough driver"!
YUNDA a big courier company, a shame from you failed to deliver parcel due to not enough driver. And your manpower issue is not customer issue! How can you delayed customer parcel due to your internal failure arrangement.
Also the HQ customer service is useless. Promise to call back but didn't. I have to keep calling and they will only inform you will check and let you know soonest. At the end the parcel is still not be arrange and I have wasted my time to wait for the whole day for nothing!!!
