★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a long-time customer but will now be taking my business elsewhere. As stated in another review, the pricing is exorbitant and not fixed. On top of that, waiting time of 2 weeks is simply too long. Faster alterations will incur a 50% surcharge ON TOP of the already expensive pricing. Years ago, the service was fast, excellent and reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally understand why is this rated so low! The sewers there are fantastic but I really don't like the receptionists service attitude, seeing that I am paying quite a 'premium amount' for altering service, I do expect the same quality on service as well, or at least be more courteous! Went to alter the clothes that I previously sent but it was too tight, they are charging me the same amount to fix it! Fine, when I am about to pay, I asked if I can get it within one week, they said no? Must be 2 weeks, fine! When I am about to pay, they don't accept credit card, as the fees must be above rm50 but I remembered I paid with card below rm50 before! Just utter disappointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went and ask for price and time complete to shorten my jeans. Told me it cost around rm 7-10. Went back to my car pick up the jeans and go back the shop to fix within 5 mins, she suddenly told me the price is double

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me n my fren went diff times and we felt that the staff need to learn on customer service,the price is abit pricey and have to wait for longer time.the staff would give u one look and dont bother to ask what u wanna do instead of cust have to tell.poor customer service not worth the price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was worried about the bad review here but actually they are good. They repaired my short pants and our baby’s swimsuit very fast and in good condition. Not sure about the customer service of the receptionist (for me, it’s average level in Malaysia) but at least 2 Chinese aunties in the sewing machine area are good ones.
