★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have seen ever. Took half an hour++ to do a transaction, after make the payment they said system is down, can't give the pin number.? Only can give on next morning..
Then I wanted my money back they said not possible, I must need to wait till next day.
Really dissapoiting and worst service. ?

Wasted time queue and only informed at the cashier they only limit to certain amount of money based on the rate.. Truly retarded and don't understand why people wasting their time q there.. Before that is becoz the two money changer is under renovation. However now money master n mv forex already reopen and I will NEVER EVER goto this shop again even IF THEY R HAVING A BETTER RATES. Cheaters. Don't even understand about the Q. People alwiz juz go with the crowd without proper knowledge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This money changer is located on the basement. I called up to check the rate and drove all the way to Mid Valley. When I arrive 1-hour later, they asked for a higher rate and said they did not honor the rate they give on the phone. This really pisses me off when I had to go through the heavy traffic and felt conned. I will never recommend this money changer. There are many on the LG floor that gives more competitive rates. Don’t waste your time dealing with them. Really not worth it!
