★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional attitude ditunjukkan oleh lawyer bernama azreen ("beliau") di dalam menguruskan dokumentasi pembelian rumah saya di Elmina.
* Hampir 3 bulan menunggu tanpa berita atau update dari beliau mengenai status dokumentasi pembelian rumah saya;
* Memberi jawapan yang begitu angkuh dengan mengatakan bahawa ramai lagi customer/klien lain yang perlu diuruskan;
* Bila saya memberikan maklumbalas bahawa saya layak dimaklumkan kerana membayar kos guaman, beliau menjawab pemaju yang membayar kos guaman tersebut despite she knew or ought to know that ada juga kos guaman untuk execution MOT yang ditanggung saya;
* Tidak menjawab persoalan saya mengenai anggaran masa untuk menyelesaikan dokumentasi pembelian rumah tersebut.
Saya faham mengenai beban kerja seorang peguam kerana saya juga pernah beberapa kali mewakili syarikat di dalam urusan mahkamah. Akan tetapi, adalah tidak patut dan tidak manusabah bagi seorang peguam bersikap dan berperilaku demikian.
Perkara sebegini boleh dielakkan jika beliau bijak menguruskan setiap daripada klien. Beliau sepatutnya sedar bahawa firma tidak akan maju tanpa klien (walaupun kos guaman ditanggung pemaju atau sebaliknya).
Klien yang ter"kecewa"
Unprofessional attitude was shown by a lawyer named azreen ("she") in managing the documentation of my home purchase in Elmina.
* Almost 3 months of waiting without news or updates from him on the status of my home purchase documentation;

* When I gave feedback that I was entitled to be informed for paying legal costs, she replied that the developer paid the legal costs despite she knew or ought to know that there were also legal costs for the execution of the MOT incurred by me;
* Did not answer my question about the estimated time to complete the home purchase documentation.
I understand the workload of a lawyer because I have also represented the company in court several times. However, it is inappropriate and unreasonable for a lawyer to behave and behave in such a way.
Such a thing can be avoided if he wisely manages each of the clients. He should be aware that the firm will not thrive without a client (even if legal costs are borne by the developer or vice versa).
