 the homestay owner should be able to repair the damage to the front grill which is really bothering the tenants

budget homestay, broken bathroom sink, broken grill, sandy tv, xde aircond, complete with fan for all rooms..there is fridge, gas stove for cooking, washing machine ... close to tesco semenyih and shopping area.
