β β β β β Worst customer experience service I ever got from any department store. Went to 3 times and dropped by all floors in order to find the item I want but,I need to find the person to ask or buy the item everytime in every corner..and the facial expression, language and attitude I can get from them is...'what you want from me' 'I dont know where the PIC is'..in the end I feel like they are saying 'Are you still here to buy? Can stop bothering me?'
So then I fed up said 'never mind, let me wait till PIC comes or remove myself from here' then they replied 'oh ok'
If they feel this customer experience is ok, then RIP for this store

β β β β β The only difference between regular Parkson and Parkson Elite is that you won't find Staub and Le Creuset at regular Parkson stores. I wish there were more cashiers open during weekend events, but otherwise...

β β β β β Actually, I grew up in the Kimisawa days, so I've seen how Parkson grew from a general department store to what it is today. Well, to be very honest, I still do come here once in a way to browse around, namely to buy socks and undergarments as they have a really good collection.
For the clothes in general, they really need to change the buyer/purchaser as the clothing fashion is still catered to uncle and aunty style. And for the major conservative type. I mean, I'm no fashion designer or fashionista, but you get the drift. In order for Parkson to shine again, they really need to talk to today's youth, through social media. And maybe consider some Harajuku, Japan-Korean fashion.
As I said, who am I? Just someone giving my honest opinion only. Who knows the owners may read this and reconsider? Haha.

β β β β β Covering three floors within the new wing of 1 Utama Shopping Centre, this evergreen store had undergone renovations years back. The new look and ambience fits its elite title. Shopping is a breeze here as the wide and structured layout makes it easy for anyone to browse around. They have quite a range of collections - be it menswear, women's fashion or kids' clothing. You can also find household and electronics stuff at the top floor.

β β β β β This departmental store is more premium than Aeon Jusco and ISetan in one Utama. The house house items they sell are imported and branded . Nice down lights used.
