One of the best moments we had with them was during their consultation Q&A session where they walk us through all the potential improvements, problems and pitfalls that could happen and that has helped us tremendously in understanding and improving our digital workflow, risks minimization and backup systems to protect us from cyber attacks.

My laptop was working extremely slow and its performance was driving me crazy. It was diagnosed as "in ICU STAGE." I was always skeptical of so-called "IT solutions service provider", having had previous bad experience of poor service and lousy advice. However, ZEN-Y IT changed all that. The support team performed a quick diagnosis, executing fast solutions with reassuring feedback, and when my laptop was returned in double-quick time, it worked beyond my expectation and it was truly a fantastic job done.
