The sales person wasn’t sure of a lot of things and when I asked him if I wanted to fix my laptop he gave me a vague answer of “somewhere in KL”. In the end I decided to head to Mid Valley to do my purchases.

She's really handful, supportive and knowledgeable on the products and patiently brief me A to Z on all Lenovo products in d store. She did guided me when i request for RAM and HDD upgrade even demo how to perform my own upgrade, troubleshoot in near future. Thanks and appreciated for the extended support during this MCO period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor sales representative.... when i asked regarding laptop price... they hesitate to even give service.... they do not appreciate that they still have a job and customers are still coming to their shop at this trying times..... better they rather stay at home and don't come to work... i would never go back there again... make the Lenovo Malaysia brand look bad
