★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wished I could have met Yen sooner. I was diagnosed with a mild scoliosis a few years back but due to the nature of my job, it has gotten worse. Physically, it is visible that my shoulders and hip are imbalanced. One side lower/higher than the other. I have been practicing yoga but it wasn't as effective as the rehab sessions that I signed up with Yen. In just 10 sessions, my shoulders and hip are visibly more aligned. The degree of my scoliosis has also dropped from 6 to 2-3 degrees. Yen's correctional exercises and stretches has helped me tremendously. I am honestly surprised at how my body is still able to change at the age of 30. I would highly recommend Yen, if you ever need a scoliosis rehabilitation.
