★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frankly speaking , I seldom give feedbacks . However , this time I would like to comment something about Zenvilla
The Dr and nurse in charge - offering a special wound care for my mother ( 86 years old) who has a terrible bedsore after discharge from hospital . She really needs a special care for the daily dressing and medication support.
A group of experts :-
1. ) Doc Niew , offering his expertise experience for the patient, giving a good advice & necessary.
2. ) Carmen , experience nurse, take a good care of my mother , from time to time updating of my father's situation via WhatsApp, take immediate action and do the necessary need for my mother . I can see the results and speedy recovery of the wounds. Satisfy with their service.
3.) Friendly staffs , helpers ensure meals and medication for my mother , morning exercise for her & other seniors...
Feel thankful to all the staffs & doctor in ZenVilla. Highly appreciate for their times & effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you very much to ZenVilla for your absolute service to my mum who suffering from stage 2 bedsore. ZenVilla provide me peace of mind with their experience nurses , doctors and reasonable charges. They not only wound dressing my mum and at the same times help her to change her diaper as my mum unable to walk. In addition, also guide her about the hygiene. Every day , i will get a report from the ZenVilla via Whatsapp so that i will know the progress of the wound healing. I also would like to thank you to Dr Niew and Ms Carmen, they are a good-hearted person and always attended to me every time i texted them even though at night and she always try their best to sort it out for me. Now, my mum's wound has healed after 1 month. I would highly recommended ZenVilla nursing home to all my friends and relatives.

But here at Zenvilla, they gave me the confidence that they always take good care of the residents as well as to always maintain their cleanliness. I’ve visited the homes and I am very impressed by the cleanliness and the hospitality. 5 out of 5, will definitely recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the my grandmothers inability to walk happen, she became very cold and depressed. I decided to let her stay in Zenvilla because I cant make time to care for her 24/7 and I wanted her to be with more people.
Now my mother is feeling much better and she always has a smile on her face. The games and activities that are held in Zenvilla allows her to play along and have a more social time with the other residents. Now she can’t stop talking to us and her friends! Thank you Zenvilla for making my mother feel better. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nursing care provided for my grandmother; a stroke patient was good. The caregiver assigned was professional, experienced, and according to our prerequisite. It was not just nursing care, but the sessions involved cleaning and assessment of my grandmother. Furthermore, the nurses provided rehab and massage to assist in my grandmother progress. They also make conversation and provided companionship. For us, it is extremely important that the nursing care is carried out professionally with a sense of responsibility and compassion. It gave comfort to my grandmother and the family. The nurses assigned have regularly reported on the wellbeing of my grandmother. I would recommend ZenVilla for anyone who needs good and sincere nursing care.

The doctors from ZenVilla have been very helpful and accommodating to my request since day one. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum moved in to ZenVilla about 2 months ago . She was not keen about the idea of staying at the care home due to the stigmatism. Feeling abandoned ,lost of her freedom and dignity.
With the professionalism of the doctors, nurses and the caregivers. My mum finally settling in happily and being cheeky again.
Everyone in the team has been working tirelessly ensuring the residents and the family are well communicating with video clips of her daily activities. That’s so reassuring.
We are very grateful for all of you.
