★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Nasi Lemak Cake from Eat and Treats Bakery. Cake was delicious and the sambal was unbelievable !! These guys are awesome to deal with throughout the entire process. As I am overseas, the Eat and Treats Bakery Team accommodated all my requests and organized delivery on my behalf seamlessly. They helped me pull off a birthday surprise without a glitch.
I highly recommend this bakery and will not hesitate to order from them again in the future. Well done to the team, you guys are fantastic !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to make a last min booking today hoping to collect the cake on the same day, was attended by a tone that sounded quite impolite, was asked to whatsapp instead. So I did.
So I whatsapp, n clarified several times if i'm able to make booking and collect on the same day as there were abit of confusion on how I should make booking n payment for self-collection option. Finally I received a confirmation order stating the order date was next day, and I got confused and agitated after all the clarification and was still given a wrong date. (My triggered point 1)
The clarification went on abt the self-collection date, i think the egoism kicks in and the baker trying to prove herself right. (My triggered point 2).
Then I feedback saying that your customer wont know its an auto-generated msg for a confirmation order and I was replied with "so do you want to proceed the cake or not" (Triggered point 3). I got on fire and replied "what do you think, i paid", then i was told i was being impolite and asked me to provide my details for the refund right away.
1st of all, u can just let customers make booking on a call and send confirmation msg after that instead of asking them to whatsapp right away when customer called and is trying to make an order. Instead im given excuses thats its a practice. As a business, make things convinient for your customer to make booking and clarification.
2nd, the tone of the whole convo didnt sound polite, in return u think u r entitled for politeness.
Totally a dissapointment to deal with for the 1st time and definitely never want to in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. Just to give my feedback regarding the cake collection. Once I’m arrived at the collection point, I entered the house, because there is another person entering the house too.
But one of your baker told me impolite way and raise up the tone, that “I should wait outside and not suppose to enter the house”. And asked me to waiting outside. But there is not notice outside the house or reminder from you.
Speak politely and friendly is the key to deal with walk-in self collect customer. But thanks for the nice cake! I like the design! Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An Indian woman staff is rude , reluctant to response to any simple questions. Cakes are not worth to try. Petiteserie Desserts in Saujana taste way better.
You are in serious denial and you have shown that you brain does not reflect reality. No wonder your products are getting bad.
FYI, the woman was clearly no other races. A Punjabi or Pakistani or just a fairer Indian looking woman to me. She was being rude and not helpful JUST LIKE you. Perhaps you were her.
P/S: Quality mental = Quality of product

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im not sure what is your issue with Caketogether company who handles your cake orders, but to have a customer waited 3 hours to find out that you did not prepare the cake when you receive my order at 4.15pm and according to Caketogether, their delivery guy even pop up at your store at 6pm to collect the non existent cake, you just obviously wasted both our times. Even when I contacted your store number instead of Caketogether at 7pm to find out whether the cake was picked up, either your staff or maybe you were the boss, was ignorant and just brush me off to contact Caketogether instead, and say that you were off work. Funny thing is from 6 to 7pm, no one bothered to contact me and I thought the cake was on the way to surprise my friend since the expected arrival is between 5 to 7pm. Anyway, good luck to your cake business as I end up ordering from another which Caketogether luckily manage to arrange a last minute cake from Chateau Gateaux and complete the delivery.
