★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad after sales service. sebelum beli mesin konon dalam seminggu rosak semua tukar baru . sekali tudiaa baru seminggu compressor dah rosak. Pastu banyak betul alasan. kita plak kena angkut mesin jauh2 pegi kedai dia. pastu tukar beberapa part je. tukar baru konon. lepas sebulan rosak lagi benda yang sama. kena plak time MCO . dia bagi alasan tak boleh datang la , ape la..suruh kita lagi tanggung kos hantar mesin tu kat dia lagi..eiii please la jangan beli pape kat sini..not recommended at all! beli mesin bukan harga seribu dua . berbelas ribu tau tapi layanan sampah!
 Very bad after sales service. before buying the machine supposedly in a week damaged all new exchanges. once a week, the compressor is broken. There must be many correct reasons. We have to transport the machine far to his shop. must change some parts. New exchange, so to speak. last month broken again the same thing. hit the MCO time plaque. he gave the reason he can't come, ape la..tell us to bear the cost of sending the machine to him again..eiii please don't buy pape here..not recommended at all! buy a machine instead of the price of a thousand and two. tens of thousands know but garbage service!

The price for certain goods maybe slightly more than others, but the service, options to suit your requirements & budget, crystal clear explainations & demonstration, and fair after-sales support, they are beyond good.

We have purchased sauce filling machine from this shop but less than 1 month there is a lot of machine issue. Person in-charge keep on giving excuses to fix the issue even though machine still under warranty. Very bad after sales service. Not recommended to buy machine from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the worst of the worst supplier especially the sales man Mr Chong, who do not know how to deal with customers ,they expect us to pay but they will deliver at their own time ,today he will quote you rm20.when the actual part arrive he will tell that is only estimate and will try to charge you rm150,day light robbery ,no more buying and have deals with this company anymore very stressful.they don trust the customers pay first is their main aim .any problem they don seems to care n to solve it,SERIOUSLY DO NOT RECOMMENT THIS PLACE ANYMORE,ALL other staff are very good except mr choong,we wont buy any more stuff from this company ,as we are planning for a semi filling n sealing machine,will find else where,
