★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 对这家按摩感到非常失望，一心想找专业的男技师就来到这家，由于柜台服务员答应了有男技师，我也给钱柜台付费，后来男技师不想按，就直接说只有女技师，如果答应了顾客又推顾客这种服务能接受吗?钱交了又推回来? 以前也有不好的经验了，那时也随意点了一个女的按，一边按脚也一边抱怨按脚的不想做，烦了我一小时，又一直推销加钱去脚皮，钱可以赚但不要令顾客反感，这种服务我以后也不想再来了，那么有性格工作态度只会让顾客觉得不专业 ，如果2人一起来按摩我不建议同房按摩，因为他们技师好像十年相见 一直聊天? 我从没去过服务那么垃圾的按摩店
 I was very disappointed with this massage. I wanted to find a professional male technician and came to this one. As the counter staff agreed to have a male technician, I also paid for the money counter. Later, the male technician didn’t want to press, so I just said that there were only female technicians. If I agree to the customer and push the customer, is this kind of service acceptable? I paid the money and pushed it back? I had a bad experience before, and I randomly ordered a female button at that time, and complained about not wanting to press the foot I’ve been bothered by doing it for an hour, and I have been promoting the sale of extra money to remove the scalp. The money can be earned but not disgusted by the customers. I don’t want to come back to this kind of service in the future. A character working attitude will only make the customers feel unprofessional. I don’t recommend the same room massage for 2 people, because the technicians seem to have met for ten years and have been chatting ? I’ve never been to a massage shop with such a rubbish service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth it even for rm50 foot massage. The time they count also from the moment you step into their spa and ended up wasted my 15min. I stepped in at 3.30pm, started massage at 3.45pm and end at 4.30pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are paying for a massage that is not skilled, rm65 for an hour is high for a therapist who doesn’t know what she is doing, the pressure was fine but for someone who have been getting massage treatment frequently you can really tell if the masseur is an experienced one or just for the sake of money.
Not recommended, I had to try them cos the other place was full

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful, when you go to ZOUK SPA, you must ask clearly the pricing. They will over charged you and one more thing you need to NOTE is, the hour they count is start from the time you walk in to the reception. The therapist dont have massage skill. And its horrible massage place we ever visited. They charge us RM 128 for 1 hour massage and the massage not even 1 hour because they said the time start count from the first time we step in to the reception?
