★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities such as atm and cash deposit are well maintained. Quite hot in the evening especially when it was an off day. CCTV at any corner. Even bike park inside to show how secure is this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was there since 10am on 21 Sept to open SA for 2 kids for Uni purposes. Was asked to apply online & sceeenshot the ref. no, done. at 1230pm, was informed 'line down' & can wait till 130pm if the line ok again, if not, was requested to come again tommorow morning. what next, wait till tommorow !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I went to open saving account and first time hearing they need pay slip to open account. And the first lady ask me to wait since I don't have a pay slip. Then came another lady to talk about insurance. And when I politely decline the offer , she didn't help me to open saving account as she promised. Is this a way to handle and help the customer? So basically comb bank just wants to obtain profits. May god bless their day today for wasting my time for 2 hours plus. I don't think even wants to rate one star for this incident happened to me today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor and slow service, frankly speaking, if it wasn't for the refund of my income tax, I wouldn't even be here. Took the slip and MyKad and left me to wait for almost 30 minutes. Asked of my process for two times in a row and I couldn't hear what the lady officer was saying to the other officer next to her, they just giggled after and say how this "adik" is very impatient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near to walk from my shop so most of time ATM area busy with customers. Convinient for short time transaction just park car and walk in for ATM transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Customer have to queue till stairs. No body from bank staff ask the customer on assistance. I just need the acknowledgement receipt to sign only but have to queue almost 1 hr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deeply disappointed by the extremely poor service. Waited 1 hr w long queue n yet super slow movement. I left as I believe I need to wait for many hours. Can CIMB BANK do something to improve yr service so v don’t hv to wait for SOO LONG!
