★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just paid a visit to checkout. It is not same as Zurch-Re of Europe. Just same name style. Business is direct insurance not Re-insurance that i needed in biz. Too manual operations and not on-line at all. Hard on inyernational biz transactions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason don't Buy Ur insurance at Pos Office, Pos office don't provide any Policy Service, worstest ifyou bought the Takaful insurance, the only you can do policy service at JB or KL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hi team, i did call 073404677 for enquiry.however the staff was so rude and ask me dont talk too much and just faster give my ic number.of course i call and i explain why i call and i have some issue with my policy.what kind of service you are provide to your customer?I dont think that i owe your company money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hope HQ or manager take action on your customer service staff, very rude and unprofessional, i was talking and she end the call very very rude, worst service ever, i want to ask why my NCD withdrawal still undone, already done the withdrawal but still no update in ISM, but she told me "nak withdraw datang kaunter" and end the call?
