Parked in front of ZUS Danau Kota in front of the Reserved Parking board to order online and pickup order. but the staff YELLED at me from 1st floor and said " parking ni untuk pickup je ehhhhhh" . Told her yes i know i order online and pick up. But she YELLED again to let me know that. I can obviously read. And not my first time buying ZUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is really close to my house so I decided to give it a try. I can't say that I was impressed with the place. A friend and I had gone for coffee. She had an iced caramel macchiato and I have a iced Spanish latte which was excessively sweet. We ordered a Korean kimchi wrap, rendang wrap and a jalapeno bagel and the food was terrible. The wraps came cold even though the staff had put it in the warmer and the bagel was hard as rock. Could barely bite or cut through it. The toilets for such a small establishment was kept very poorly with water everywhere, the tissue holder broken and the toilet seat broken. Not necessarily a place I would go to again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The branch located in a good location. Quite easy to get a parking spot as the place is an open place, but you might have to walk a bit. The place located at 1st floor, so you have to use a staircase or lift, but the lift/staircase located at a quite hidden place, so you might need to ask around or look for it at the corner of the building. As for the interior, it is quite calm for me because the place has not that much lighting and it also has a plenty of tables for you to dine-in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to have your coffee here. I like zus coffee, taste is better than others coffee shop. Can taste the freshness of the coffee beans. Just use their apps to purchase the coffee. For 1st time user you will get voucher buy1free1 coffee. Definitely I will repeat order again.

Food wise, Spanish latte is nice for those who likes mild sweet and milky latte. Recommended ?
I ordered a jalapeño bagel. Didn't read the others food review, regrettable ?. It is super hard and I couldn't even bite it off especially those with cheese.
A team who run the business having poor control on the food quality, to me it is a fundamental mistake that would never win customers.
