★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier girl at counter not friendly when i asked for menu guide. Harsh tone used macam malas nak layan. I ordered frappe and in one sip got a lot of big ice chunk. they dont blend it thoroughly. a waste of money. please improve your customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered and wait and wait and.......wait. We waited at the table coz we thought we would dine in and enjoy our coffee. Twenty minutes later we asked about the order, they said they had called few times and we didn't turn up. The girl called a different name and of course we didn't respond for it. Not even the word sorry came out from her mouth. Too bad ZUS for having her as your staff. Don't do this again. Read and call out your customers properly. It's ok. Just improve yourself and surely the business will be much better. Keep it up!
