★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to dine-in but I waited almost 1 hour for a coffee, mineral water, spaghetti and lasagna. After 30 minutes waiting, I went to the counter, and the staff arrogantly asked me to monitor my order number from the screen and refused to check my receipt. After a while, I asked her again and the other staff noticed that my order was packed and placed by at the delivery tray. I am very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get to know this new cafe for so long and most of the time is crowded. Coincidence no people when I pass by, decided to take our dinner there. Ordered mac and cheese, Spanish latte and Jamaica matcha, personally I don't really like the taste of mac and cheese, guess too much rosemary and too little cheese. Jamaica matcha is thick but i don't really like the taste. Cashier service is great, but the waiting time for food to be serve is slightly longer.

Environment : 4 stars
Value for money : 3.5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 1st time drank Zus Coffee! Had to try it since it’s been circulated among my friends. I ordered Ice Himalayan Salt Honey Macchiato and my friend ordered Iced Salted Caramel Chocolate. 1st sip and i’m on cloud 9 hahaha best drink everrrrrrr. Highly recommended menu for those who 1st timer. The service at Seberang Perai is tiptop, they even offered me to use they wifi cuz my connection is bad that time haha for me it’s worth every penny and i would love to come again & try other menu on the list!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered it online, received in well packaging. I think this is the best food packaging I have ever received. Make it looks glamorous ^^ but I did not like the taste of the food nor their coffee. Ordered salted caramel machiato (choose based on popular) but it tastes like a ton of sugar, too sweet and the carbonara spaghetti isn’t my taste here. Not sure maybe the sauce is too original like Italian pasta, meanwhile I prefer pasta in malaysian version, more tasty. The other thing I love only their snack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staffs, very helpful. Environment is clean tho can never compare with the ambience and environment of the S-chain company. Despite that, their coffees are the best coffee out of the coffee chain companies. The foods are tastier too for me. I understand it will take a huge capital to doing so, but I look fwd to seeing the investments in their cafés' ambience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Download the "ZUS Coffee" Malaysia app, register yourselves, place your order and pay using e-wallet all by just using the app, and you can get "buy 1 free 1" for first time user. The coffee aroma you can smell it when walking nearby the area. Taste wise, it's average for my taste, and cheaper in term of price in comparison with other brands. The straw given is somewhat claim to be rice straw and can be eaten.
