通过同事介绍认识了 Joy Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre 喜悦物理治疗健康中心。
第一次登门就诊，健康中心舒雅的环境令人倍感安乐舒适，而Joyy就我的疼痛问题和日常的行坐习惯做询问，并且动作测试对我的背痛问题进行诊断,制定治疗方案。Joyy主要采用徒手治疗，并辅以超声波和干扰电流设备的运用，将已经僵化腰背肌肉打开，循序渐进的促进腰背弹性和韧性的恢复。必要时Joyy也会施以干针疗法帮助我舒缓僵直腰背的疼痛。此外，Joyy也透过运动治疗，帮助我在治疗时间外培养日常行住的姿势习惯，并自主进行有效的拉伸和运动训练以达到腰背部的强化与预防。治疗过程中Joyy也会对有关的治疗进行说明，在每次治疗后也非常关注恢复情况与回馈，让我对于自身状态和治疗方向有着清晰的认识和掌握，非常专业。?

後來給Joyy做物理治療，慢慢的把自己的腳踝肌肉訓練起來
他在BM的小小治療所開業到所到現在開新店
新店環境很好，空間很大
除了運動傷害治療和術後復健等等，現在還有一些運動空間可以做Performance Training！真的很棒！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been struggling with back pain for few years. Had went through treatment through many transitional masters and professional chiropractors but problem still persist. Till I recently had a chance to went through a few sessions of treatment with Joy physiotherapy , my pain have since subsided with good sleep at night. My back flexibility has also improved, this help my golf tee off distance improved by 10m . Big thanks to Joyy!!
