★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic place to stay if you work at KL. Morning abit jem going to KL. But near many malls such as mid valley, aeon cheras, ikea cheras, Nu sentral and KL sentral.
Can be reach with public transport via LRT and KTM salak selatan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Environment cleanliness acceptable, sometimes there's littering across the lift lobby and car park.
2. Vandalism is most likely to be happened everytime after management put on notice etc.
3. Residents car park would be dark if outdoor is cloudy and not much lighting provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chinese Guard here is very very rude. Did not inform or guided about the visitor parking and literally shouting for parked inside the basement and my car got clamped !! He also was fighting with a old poor uncle after me. Management should look into this. He shouldn’t be working there as a guard if he cannot be polite!!
