★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unscrupulous developer with bad track record. They started with affordable housing projects but now going into luxury ones. However, most of their projects have a lot of defects due to poor workmanship and low raw materials used. As a results, many buyers suffered from these defects after just 1 to 2 years of handovers. Housing ministry should suspend their sales license for the projects till the investigations are completed. And all the purchasers should be given an option to seek for refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever buy a condo here. Such an unscrupulous development and contractor. They compromise on the building materials and even how much concrete etc. The other day we saw the crane collapse. Imagine once you buy and stay there one day your whole condo collapse! See newspaper article on 23rd January 2020 and today 14 February 2020. The government should investigate how TNB reserve land was sold to this developer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic located in the middle of KL and PJ. Well layout suitable for families and kids can travel safely to school (both Primary and Secondary school) with short walking distance.
Near to future HSR and Bandar Malaysia with huge upside potentials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location, within the established neighborhood of Taman Desa. Most units have unobstructed view of KL skyline and also the future Bandar Malaysia. Good sized units, lower density and priced at less than RM620psf, compared to other properties 5 minutes away at MidValley & Old Klang Road selling upwards of RM750psf & beyond.
