★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Janice is an excellent host! The unit is extremely clean, comfortable and well-maintained. She is also very quick to response if there's an issue and she's attentive to all requests. Location wise, the condo is centrally located, within 5 mins drive to the shops and mall. I would definitely recommend Janice's unit...she's indeed a Super Host!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is really great as it is very near to midvalley and kl office area, usually 5 to 10 min away *including traffic*
However, there downside here is the drainage system and absence of public transport. So having car here is a must unless you have people fetching you (thats a whole different stories).
With recent change in management decision to forgo renting the carpark space behind the condo.
Resident here is found to be left without free open carpark and have to resort to renting carpark from other resident, management or United carpark for the spot near commercial centre which can range from RM120 to RM250 depending on the spot. (Which indirectly add on the cost of staying)
If you are looking to rent, do keep that cost in mind.

Please do rent your unit with a covered Carpark provided else u will have a hassle in finding carpark for your car, your owner might take your carpark away with no notice. ( I paid RM200 for my car park and he took away at the middle of rental) I had to park the outdoor Carpark with 10 mins walking distance, sometimes when it rains u can’t even walk back when u have a lot of things in your hands. It’s dangerous for girls to park outdoor as well at night it is very very dark anything happens to you it’s gonna cause a hassle. Everything else is alright but please do your complete research before renting. Noisy and dusty area near the main road, strategic location but does not worth all the hassle.
