โ โ โ โ โ Loved my experience here, esp with Vincent and the team, very friendly and accommodating although I was slightly late to my appointment. He checked my hair before proceeding with hair relaxing treatment and adviced me on the pros and cons as my ends were damaged, he explained whatever he will be doing and what I need to do to maintain my frizzy uncut hair, bless! Service was overall professionally great therefore price is reasonable and worth it. Will def come back for treatment. Do visit them! :)

โ โ โ โ โ I went there to do hair relaxing. I would suggest you to make appointment prior dropping by there. Overall, the services were good. LIke the previous customer said, Vincent was attentive and very accomodating.
I had to rush to the next destination after my hair relaxing. I felt paiseh to actually eat inside the salon considering it is MCO .
I ordered simple food and ate in the salon. and thanks god he allows it. Also he would also asked me if I want to wash with warm or room temperature water.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my hair stylist I have been following for some years. The boss is very friendly and giving good services to his customers. What impressed me most was he sent a female customer out to get into her car with two umbrellas in his hands.

โ โ โ โ โ I am supposed to come and had my appointment at 4.30 pm
And i came all the way + i had to Find parking
When i reached at 4.25 pm
They told me my appointment supposed to be at 4pm
Im very punctual person
I wont be late for any of my appointment
They cancelled me just like that
Cuz they already took another appointment
Im pretty sure i said 4.30
Its their mistakes for not maybe understand English
That they should take me first
Instead cancel someone who didnt even turn up yet
They dont even try to make another appointment or make it up
Its so dissapointed with their way of dealing with their Customer
Overall i think Its a bout being racist
They thought i cant spend in their saloon more than their Customer(chinese specifically)
They just Tell me sorry cannot mak make IT
So unprofessional
Too bad their losss
Not gona enter this saloon ever again!
Itโs an insult to me to what they did!

โ โ โ โ โ I DM them on IG about the price. And it says Rm278 for perm+treatment+cut. But when I got there, they charged me Rm380 for perm and cut only. Based on the hairstylist/owner explanation, this is my understanding: the perm/curls are only done at the bottom of the hair. I was charged extra because apparently they needed to iron and straighten (rebonding/relaxing) on top of my hair as my hair was naturally big, wavy and curly. Cause if not, the results won't be as good, according to the stylist. Here's my issue: 1) it was never said anywhere (not in their social media) that there's an extra charge for rebonding/relaxing. When you look at the pix they posted, it clearly looks like the hair got 2 treatment done (straightening+perm). But in the caption, it only stated ONE service, wave perm whatever. 2) They didn't use 2 separate creams. Like one for rebonding and one for perm. It's the standard 2 process, breaking the hair bonds and neutralizer. So, what's with the extra Rm102.? If they wanna charge extra for the work of ironing my hair, I can understand that but not for the price of Rm100+. Simply because no extra product was used. 3) They shouldn't expect everyone to have nice straight smooth hair and all they want is just curls and waves at the bottom. Some people really have unruly hair and they need help to manage it. Again, the pricing and advertisement should be precise, clear, relatable and understandble for the clients. My hair turned out fine, I'm not complaining about that. It's just the rest that I think could be improve. Thank you.

โ โ โ โ โ As far as men hair cuts go, 23 salon is one of my absolute favs! I get so many compliments after a cut here. Winson doesn't just listen to you, he gives his own input on what works. My suggestion, do yourself and them a favor by reserving a spot via their Facebook page, they're super responsive there.

โ โ โ โ โ Found this shop on fave for their relaxing package at RM99. Texted them and was informed accordingly that they charge RM50 for hair relaxing past shoulders. Wanted to pay on fave but he told me to pay in store instead.
I told him I was reluctant whether I should do relaxing for hair past shoulders as Iโve previously done it not long ago.
After consulting with his staff, she advised me to just touch up the top part & not go past shoulders. Hence I was expecting myself to pay for RM99.
However, he charged me RM149 (RM99+RM50). I immediately raised my queries with a good tone but he told me it was because that my hair was past shoulder length & that it doesnt matter even that my relaxing was not done past shoulders. He added: โๅฐๅง ๆไปฌๆดๅคดๅนๅคดไน่ฆๆถ้ด็lehโ.
I felt extremely uncomfortable of his words & attitude towards me. I told him I am not comfortable with his attitude. He immediately went like: ๆๅช้ๆๅบฆๆ้ฎ้ข! โฆ.. etc. & offered to pay me back in a bad tone after Iโve paid.
I did not take the money. I left. I did not want to cause a scene.
Iโm here leaving this google review out of good will for his potential customers. I hope you all are aware of what your rights are as a customer. If you can deal through fave, please do so! Donโt be dumb like me. Additionally, please also clarify the pricing as many times as possible to avoid misunderstandings, miscommunications or overcharges.
On a side note, the girl who served me was super gentle & kind to me. I enjoyed her services. Perhaps her boss should learn a thing or two from her.

โ โ โ โ โ Really a VERY good saloon. They had a promotion and I went there for hair relaxing whicjh included haircut. The staff there are very good and friendly. Their products are awesome. Good finish for the hair. The really importang thing is, they DONT HAVE HIDDEN CHARGES unlike other places. Surely will go there again. Kudos to you all. ????
