β β β β β Unsatisfied result and overpriced service. stylist is not as professional as i thought, wash hair and haircut also below my expectation. I prefer stylist who can give advise and a stylist can save my hair when i trying to share my idea with her but she makes my hair worst after hair cut, over curled my hair, the result is very awkward, and the hair layer is very awkward. very disappointed and i will never go back anymore.

β β β β β I have been a patron for years. I have a stylist whom I go to all the time, Ms Merrine. She gives me a good cut all the time & shares lots of tips on hairdo & colouring. She's honest & tells me what works & doesn't.
You'll need to set an appointment if you want her to do your hair as she's not at the saloon every day.
Do give it a try!

β β β β β Unethical!!!!!!! Price displayed is not the one charged. Washed your hair and came out higher than listed. Asked why is it different, said increased in price . So please ask the price before doing anything there

β β β β β Although there was only one customer when i arrived , they rushed the wash and cut as though the salon was full. Horribly rude also as they wont answer any questions pertaining to their hair service.

β β β β β The aunty who answered the phone should learn standard customer service. She answered and asked questions very rudely and by the end of our phone call I just told her to cancel my appointment (couldnt tahan how she talkedto me) and I even said thank you. she just slammed the phone on me. rude rude rude.
So glad that I cancelled the appointment right away after looking at the reviews. Always check reviews first!!!!!!!!!!!!
p/s: I went to this salon before about 2 years back and it was fine. After today's phone call and seeing the reviews here? the quality has gone down!

I rarely give bad reviews. But this is over my limitation!! ??? the services is utterly bad, staff is unfriendly, especially the AUNTY HAIR STYLIST is so RUDE!
1. Price is not worth the service
2. They donβt even bother to my demands
3. Haircut is BAD compared to other salons I went (cheaper)
4. The price before service and after they charged is different
Overall: I would give NO STAR if they is any!!

β β β β β Wish I read the reviews before coming here, was a last min plan considering itβs a Public Holiday and my usual go-to salon was fully booked. Came in asked for a dry styling (because Iβve already washed my hair at home), they agreed and sat me down right away. Showed them a picture of how I wanted my hairstyle to be (hollywood vintage waves) and she said they donβt have the curling iron for it, so I settled for a princess half updo. The lady was about to style my hair then she and her colleague came up to me and started telling me I should opt for a hair wash too it will be RM158 - βJust wash your hair la it will look nicer RM158 only
same price for styling la all included I also give u scalp treatmentβ then I agreed after being PESTERED by two women in the salon to get a hair wash when Iβve made it clear that I just want a quick DRY STYLING for an EVENT. They applied the scalp treatment, washed my hair and then styled it. Not only they ruined my hair with too much hairspray, my hair didnβt look ANYTHING like how I wanted it to be. Itβs AWFUL. The process to style my hair was so painful too she kept poking my scalp with the bobby pins aggressively - I have styled my hair with multiple stylists but never THIS bad. About to leave the salon the lady was calculating the bill and then presented me with a RM258 bill for the awful hairstyling and terrible service. Apparently hair wash + scalp treatment is RM158 however for styling is +RM100!!!!!! I spoke up and told her βyou said it was RM158 INCLUDING ALL and clearly i came here for STYLING donβt act like you donβt know iβm here for the STYLING SERVICE NOT THE HAIR WASH you forced me to get!β and she was blaming her friend said the friend wants to charge +RM100 for the updo because itβs βa lot of work.β She just said sorry sorry yet took my money, I walked out of the salon super upset and hereβs a picture of my terrible hairstyle that costed almost RM300. This was my first and LAST time ever coming here! You donβt do that to your customers! There was never a linear communication just you blabbering stuff and forcing me to get a service I didnβt want to get and burning a hole in my pocket for god knows what
