β β β β β I booked an appointment for me and my partner, finding this place took me 20-30 mins and I was sweaty and out of breathe when i found it, thanks to a stylist named Aiman or Iman, something like that I forgot.
Aiman did my partners hair and it was great. So hats of to him and his awesome bubbly personality. I got Jaja, who was late 30mins as she was attending another customer but she apologized.
I've read great reviews on her but with my hair I was disappointed. When i explained what i wanted which was a asymetrical bob at the same time i wanted to know if it was suitable for me as I read she was great at consulting. I asked her 3 times which had no response... I was being ignored, during the cut she was distracted and stop many times talking to her friends which is fine.
My hair is not in a straight line, yes i know it's asymetrical but it's choppy and uneven with a few bunches thats long all around my hair and it's obvious. I'm no stylist but i work with hair care products too... I'm pretty sure to cut a hair evenly you need it to be straight, but she did a C curve on my hair and cut a bit more while it's curved. now i have choppy uneven hair.. with the C curve she did when she showed me I didn't see any issue, but after i wash my hair and it returned to straight natural hair I see all the choppy bits. I'm upset that I paid for a senior cut but I didn't get a senior level cut. Now I have to wait for my hair to grow out and fix it. Meaning I have to pay even more. So dissapointed and so upset.
I would have given 1 star, but We liked Aiman and hence we are giving the extra 2 stars. I hope i spelled his name right.. no idea.

β β β β β As a first time customer locating this outlet was soooo hard. Once I finally got there my mood was a little bit spoiled, but the staff members were friendly and helpful. Jaja did my hair and she did an amazing job. She was also attentive and shared a pleasant conversation with me. Would come again.

β β β β β Did keratin treatment early of July this year, when the gov gave permit for hair salon that they can start their business back. Only now I rate them because I want to see the result after 3 months. Honestly, I really love the quality of keratin treatment here. At first, I hesitated to do it but looking at how bad my hair condition; dry-frizzy hair caused by DIY bleaching ? (not gonna do that again). Itβs a big investment and worth it. After 3 months, my hair is manageable & shine. Looks healthy, no more frizzy hair. Love it. In terms of service, they nailed it. Friendly and they would not recommend (or push force) you to do unnecessary treatments or extra things.

β β β β β I booked my appointment the moment I heard that salons were allowed to re-open to the fully-vaccinated. I got Vien as my stylist and I couldn't be more pleased with my haircut! They are professional, friendly and welcoming.... Not all salons bother with the last two and the price for the quality of service is very worthwhile. Glad to have found a salon I can go to regularly!

β β β β β Booked an appointment for 4pm and they made us wait nearly an hour and still NO ONE came to serve us. Walked out at the end and didnt want to waste anymore time. One of the worst service I have experienced at a hair salon.

β β β β β This is my go to salon since 2018 and I will always book my appointments with Viene. Recently did highlights/balayage with keratin treatment and i am so in love with the result. Its beyond beautiful and I have been receiving alot of compliments from people.
Love the service at this salon, friendly people that makes you feel warm & I always get consistent quality with their great techniques and skills. Eventhough my hair is thick and long, they are extremely patient with it. Thank you Viene, you have magic touch!?
