★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food preparation is too slow. Usually takes around an hour to prepare. Order trough Food Panda and opt for self pick up. Indicated pick up time always not accurate. Always need to spend extra 40minutes extra waiting for food. Why don’t you increase your kitchen output ?? ??????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food taste is less in flavour compared to other outlet though other outlet also has deteriorate in flavour. Spicy flavour are not spicy at all...same goes with kimchi fries, I eat so slow hoping to find the kimchi flavour but failed. Hopefully the restaurant can improve as it still new in the neighbourhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ever been to 4 fingers, then its pretty much the same as other franchise. The food quality maintain the same which is a good thing especially if you like the constant. With good staff working the floor.
However the only downside about this particular branch is the size of the shop. Since it's a small establishment, they are very limited seating area they can cater on a tight space. Especially if you decided to bring along kids for dining in. So I would suggest take away and just eat at the comfort of your home.
Since this shop is located on a shop lot, parking might be a little difficult during peak hours, but they are a ton a parking space in the area. A little walking won't hurt ya.
All in all I gave it a 4 star to celebrate the 4 in 4fingers. Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Surf & Turf Combo from this branch via ShopeeFood. The fish were so small (size of nugget) and oily. The fries tasted really bad (frozen for too long) and the chicken wingette and drummette were not as good as it used to be. Truly a bad experience considering the price and quality of the food. This would be my last time eating 4fingers. I could get even better quality food from Marrybrown.
