★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For student the monthly pay is only rm80. So it is fine i guess. There are a lot of space and it is not too crowded even during busy hours such as after 8 pm.

- If you're looking for a decent gym for serious heavy ifting around Cheras. Good luck theres none. But IMG is one of the better options. You will be able to do all ur powerlifting movement but be mindful for the slamming of weights.

-I have been trainning here for couple of months and there are a abundance amount of chinese adults who would trash talk everyone none stop.
OVERALL
Good place to get your stuff done asap. Compare to others in cheras this is the better options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The weights are distributed all over the gym and very messy. The community over here is pretty toxic, judging loudly. Gym is supposed to be a place where everyone being supportive of each other's growth. This gym lacks of it. You can literally hear people commenting behind your back (actually, right in front of you). Very, very bad community.

but you pay what you get...if want fancy fancy gym...this place is not suitable for you....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great for beginners who want to have better shape for their bodies and like me, trying to lose weight. The equipments are great. Their sauna is the best! and their workers are awesome. One of their worker helped me and my friends by giving advice and guidance. Might as well join their membership next. I've went to this gym more than 5 times. It's all great for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some equipment need to be upgraded. Only some. Mostly it still good and well maintain. This gym usually pack on monday and tuesday night. They rest days of the week are not. Makcik2 bawang class on monday, tuesdaya and friday.. sunday close at 7pm usually. Sauna is gooooooood.
