★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the taste,the freshness and the size of the chicken. The order always came to me still hot. To me, i prefer this compared to the other korean fried chicken brand. The fries sprinkled with seaweed was also tasty too.

My daughter only 10 yrs old also complain
The quality is totally so poor

Disaster now.
Manger has set up foldable table in kitchen area and plays on phone/PC in sight of customers. She makes sure staff have do their minutes of of work breaks between lepak time.
If franchise so be it, if company store HQ should secret shop it way more often.
Bad culture equals terrible customer experience.
