★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the first time i am receiving service like this, ordered XL Mozarella Beef and there was nothing in it just beef and cheese, also soggy, i ordered through drive through on 4/12/2021 @ 7.30 approximately, this is not my first time to this outlet, however i think recently i have had enough of bad service and had to review this, better shut down this outlet if cannot handle drive thru

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a new customer at burger king. I cane there on 19/4. And i don't know how to order. But the staff, they laughed at me instead of teaching me how to order. They keep laughing and laughing. Then, the burger is not in good quality. It's cold as ice. You guys really need to learn how to handle customer gently instead of laughing at them just because they don't know how to order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BuRgEr is Soggy, Fries is stall, worst drive through experience, staff tend to not smile and always in a rush. please shut down drive thru, before this order by grab also this outlet always have issues, on top of that i ask for sauce also they did not provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor services, wait for 15 minutes for get the food. Asked the staff why take so long for prepare the food, answer given was only one staff preparing the burger. I thought BK is fast food store, even I didn't aspect will receive food immediately, but 15 minutes a bit over right? The most important I was the only customer who waiting food in the restaurant, no other customers. Hopefully they may improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally, Whopper is the only fast food chain burger that I love. I can also actually taste the chicken in the nugget, unlike other chain in the market.
However, this particular restaurant really needs a brush up. It's dimly lit, looks old and unkept.
The manager/supervisor on duty could use a bit of customer service lessons and did not show enthusiasm. She looked like she was forced to work there. Thankfully other staffs showed more enthusiasm then her.
I'd give 4 stars for the food, but 2 stars for customer service.
