★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met a friendly staff who control traffic, guided me to the ordering station and I like the contactless ordering process.
I felt McD has the best system from accepting customer to delivering their food.
The placement of this outlet in Setia City Mall is deserted, I felt the lighting of its corridor were dimmed. It’s surrounded with many other F&B so it’s easy to pick up other food on the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I realize Ayam Goreng McD hot selling item that is why I have to wait for 20 minutes during lunch time. Please do a little favor to sent your paper cups,plates,serviette, food leftover etc to waste bin, be considered the best practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During MCO, you can only order through the screen. Its great that they finally implemented this throughout all MCDs, including here. (first experienced the panel at UK almost 10 years ago). But the pain part is people tend to scroll page by page, taking their sweet time which is very inconsidered. I hope patrons make up their mind quickly and just order and move on. Its like people standing at the counter going "umm... what do you have... hmmm... what else.... this looks good but maybe next time... what is this..." Maybe they should view the online menu and once made up their mind only move to the screen to order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a regular to McD, we planned a dinner in McD last night (06.03.2021). As we reach, the outlet was very crowded as usual and we had our turn to place order at self service kiosk. Upon paying for the bill, the counter staff told us the chicken will take 15 mins to fry and if it is ok? We agreed and waited. After 15 mins plus, our number was called and we only had burger n fries ready. The manager who happened to be there told us the chicken will be ready in another 5 mins. We waited, after another 15 mins or so, we got our chicken, but only one set of 3 pcs. Another set was not there. As we were siting near the counter, 2 sets came from kitchen, 1 set was taken by the lady manager and asked the staff to "masak lain la". The counter staff came n told us that the kitchen staff forgot 1 order and we need to wait for another 15 mins.. at this point we were so upset as there were so many 15 mins wait. My question is, how could the kitchen staff make such mistake when the order sheet clearly shows 2 sets.. also oy was obvious that the manager was taking advantage on this situation. We could have been fussy and made a scene there. But we didnt want to. Meanwhile, we ordered larde ice choco, when it was given without whippimg cream on top. The reason was therr is no stock in all outlets. Should have told us earlier so we can decide if we re ok with that or not. After a bit of fuss, was refunded for the iced choco. And finally we got our 2nd set of chicken after 45 mins of total waiting time. This is rediculus. We noticed the staff we a jolly bunch with loud chatter and singing at the kitchen, but it for sure brings down the image of McD. Efore leaving, we opened the paclage to see if everyghimg was ok, 1 piece of chicken was missing. Asked ghe staff, everything is closed and of need to prepare, need another 15 plus which i dong yhink gonna happen. We just left the outlet with frustration. After many years of dining in McD, this is the worse. The managent should seriously look into matters like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast screening, very friendly and helpful staff. Ample seating areas and easy to go from the entrance of the lake or the entrance near Seoul Garden. The queue for orders are okay as it is now Covid Era, so yes it is expected. The ice cream queue outside however can be really long sometimes. But hey, it's worth the long wait anyway - McDonald's ice cream never disappoints us! ??
