I love how they keep me posted through text on the delivery status, and the flower is exactly like shown on the website. The recipient loves it too!

Is the website intuitive enough to navigate? Yes.
Price? Expensive.
Service? Unjustifiably terrible.
When I pay a decent amount I expect to have at the very least information on delivery answered promptly and with detailed responses, NOT with basic template replies that serve zero purpose. What's the point of having a Whatsapp business account if you're not going to provide actual information? Thanks to the 'helpful' customer service, I had to go back and forth places just which could have been entirely avoided if proper delivery information was provided.
The flowers are beautiful no doubt, but there are plenty of other home-based boutiques that can do a much better job in terms of customer service, which you should definitely support during this difficult time as opposed to robotic services.

I order the for same day delivery and they deliver just on time!
The fruit basket is awesome! All the fruit is fresh, especially the strawberry smell very nice! My dad love the juice very much!

Nothing is better than gifting mom with this lovely hut of love from 50Gram on a special day like Mother's Day! It looks incredible on the website, but even more so in reality (with the lights)! The box packaging is also huge and stunning! Mom absolutely loves it and I could see her face lights up beautifully the moment she saw it.
It's my first purchase and definitely exceeds my expectations! No doubt I'll purchase again for any upcoming special occasions.
