β β β β β Very disappointed with service given for Mother's Day flower arrangements. Requested for the specific flower and color but was given rubbish / "rojak" flowers with a high price paid. Not professional. Never even bother to compensate with a hand bouquet to show sincerity. Will never use this Silver Bell florist again. I am dealing with Silver Bells and not your agent. It is your responsibility to compensate. You never put your customer first even when I am your regular customer since 2015. You only value money and not keeping your customers.
