β β β β β Clean nice to stay but the car parking design is poor. Every level must round a big round to going up parking if 1 lvl is easy but if your parking at lvl 7 I think u will change mind to parking upstairs own parking. That's is stupid design

β β β β β This is conveniently situated near to a bus route which straight goes to Midvalley 15-20 mins without high traffic. The condo it self is new and looking great. It have great features. All the houses get 2 parking spaces and 24/7 security. Also it has 2 badminton courts, 2 pingpong courts, a basket ball and futsal court. A play area for children, a gym with boxing ring. The pool it self is only 1.2 meters deep. There is also a baby pool. A study room.The value for money is very high.

β β β β β New building, near KTM, bus station, security 24/7, large public area including 2 swimming pools, bbq, karaoke room, reading room, gym, etc... highly recommended if u dont mind about LRT or MRT. Rent around 2k/unit with 3 rooms 2 bath
