I received a call at 10:36am to confirm my location
10:39am the driver called again to inform me his arrival, I request him to send to my doorstep as I'm having virtual meeting, he agreed
11am meeting ended, I walked out from room and noticed no food was sent, I called the driver to clarify, the driver said he left the food at guard house because I didn't pick up his call.
Padahal there's no call received (and my phone connectivity is fine).
When I open my door, I saw a bag of food outside of another neighbour's doorstep. Out of curiosity, I walked closer to see, and saw my name on the food.
2 stars given because the driver is not rude, however very disappointed on the unprofessionalism and dishonesty.
Please provide training to your drivers if you're serious about the business.
