β β β β β when i first signed up with them last year, the service was all good, especially Leng Leng, and Adnes. But nowadays, they just being pushy, keep push me some of other promotion especially when im in treatment
nagging with their other promotions....and sometimes they bring in other colleagues to explain it ! i even sometimes has to be mean and tell them stop it -_- enough is enough

β β β β β I personally do think that Kyo Skin My Town have the best Service and Friendliness after I tried so many different store facial treatments. Thank you Leng Leng, Ying Tong, Charmaine, Vernis, Ke Yu and Chloe for their professionalism. They really help me in improving my face condition.

β β β β β They are bad. On 20 Mar 2021 I signed a program and was told that they will arrange the doctor for me whenever I make appointment. On the spot I made appointment for 11 Apr 2021 to do the treatment. On 10 Apr 2021 as usual I received the reminder call and was told that no doctor on 11 Apr 2021 and was told I have to accommodate to doctor's schedule. This is totally different from what was told when I signed up. Beside that, these new batch of consultants are pushy for sales. You won't feel relax doing your facial. You will be annoyed and can't wait for the session to end. Unless you like those feeling then only you should sign with them.

β β β β β Very very pushy since the beginning. Kate was so pushy I felt so uncomfortable. Wanted to experience their services but I was so unhappy with the constant selling that I can't wait for my treatment to be over quickly. Definitely not going to sign any package and do not want to go back again. Till the end Kate's explanation getting brief, ask me to read the brochure myself. During treatment, kept asking me to upgrade RM250 for the Pico laser. Asked to top up RM50 for hydration. So stress throughout the treatment to constantly hear about how terrible my is skin condition. Very unprofessional service.

β β β β β Totally not recommended. HARD SELL TREATMENT THAT CUSTOMER REFUSE. Booked different treatment, consult me different treatment, and slammed the door when I said no. I proceed with the initial treatment i choose anyway since I'm there already. Regretting my decision because they keep pushing me to take the laser treatment triple during my facial session. Totally ruin my day. Then during payment once again pushing me to take the laser treatment and ask me to sign up and pay first. I read the review before i came. Cant believe all the bad review is true.
