The staff was super RUDE. She kept pushing me to buy packages and upgrade my treatment.
Next, the treatment was really UNPROFESSIONAL, CARELESS and SLOPPY.
In the end, they will force customers to write down your friends’s name and contact numbers. It’s really DISRESPECTFUL.

Received a call about a free treatment, ended up paying almost RM300. There was hidden charges and when I confronted about the misunderstanding with the promotions, they denied that the person who called was not working etc. I rejected the offer kindly, but still trying to push me for more expensive package. I already informed her that I am a student. They seperated me and my friends and didn't even let me talk to them until i made some payment. They promise that during the trial that I paid for, I will received full treatment. But they left out so many thing like massage claiming that if i do it, it will backfire and give me more acne. But that was part of the treatment package. Why didn't they explain it earlier on?! The staff was unprofessional. Even in the treatment room they still push to make you spend money. Please don't come here! Its is a waste of money and energy trying to deal with the staff. The Consultation is something you can even do online, all the information was too basic and self taught. The treatment was nothing special. Just put on mist on the room, 1-2 min of like cool/hot treatment and the rest was only laying on the bed, waiting for the staff to come back from toilet. I advice if you received a call for them just put the phone down. This was really bad experience.
