โ โ โ โ โ Utterly disappointed with the service provided by the staff - Jagdeep Kumar. The scanned price shown is higher than the pricing on the shelf. He just told me the lower price was for last month, and then IGNORED me for more than 5 minutes, letting me stand at the counter for nothing. I thought after I raised my question he was going to talk to his manager or discuss with his colleague, but he just do his own stuff (counting coins & walking in and out from the store) and chat with his colleague, totally treat me as TRANSPARENT. I then asked again how can they charge higher than shelf price, then only he responded to me, by giving me the money, and take away the item I bought. I requested to talk to his manager, his colleague said he is the manager, but help nothing. End up the staff called his real manager, the staff walked into the store for few minutes again, then only he honor me the lower price.
Come on, you guys open 24 hours, means open everyday. Can you explain to me why last month pricing is still on the shelf now (9th June)? For more than a week time you still put the pricing there, to mislead customers? And the way the staff handle this problem was really shameful and unprofessional. Staff need more training.
