The staff can be 'lazy' at times while servicing you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If given a choice, this clinic deserve no star at all. The staff is so unprofessional! The patient fell down and need immediate treatment from doctor, but the staff said the doctor need to go out for solat time awhile. So we have to wait around 15 to 20 mins for him. What the h*ll is this service given? Do you expect the patient bleeding 20 mins there?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st two visit i got very nice treatment from a same male doc. I really like the way this doc treat. Very gentle and speak very soft. But my 3rd visit is horrible, got 'treatment' by another male doc which looked down on me terribly, he said i will not be able to study the thick medical book to be a doc like him! So he said i just need to agree with anything he said. I have no right to ask. Whenever i asked him question about my disease, he said that i want to argue with his explanation, in fact i just want to know on details. I am an engineer, not a doc, if i were a doc i will never ask you. Shame on u doc.
