★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient place for Sri Hartamas resident to shop for their items quickly, although during night time this place seems very quiet even if it is located nearby Japanese restaurant which is also very quiet during late night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not friendly at all..and i dont think that all of them doing their job because just now i just buy Anis Moist Choc Cake but after that i cannot eat it just because the cake have so many fungus that means seems like already expired but the expired date still got 1+ week.All the staff do not double check the cake before they change the place to put that cake (it supposedly at chiller but maybe their chiller having problem) to freezer. Go again to 7E for change the cake, i have to check 1 by 1 the cake by myself. the staff just see me doing that without help me or say sorry to me. When i check all the cake that have in freezer, all that also cannot eat anymore because all of that got fungus. Please teach staff how to do their job, what is their job scope and learn how to say SORRY to customer. Even i already get my refund i feel very disappointed with all of this. This is my first bad experience with 7E. Even this 7E is not qualified to get any star!!!
